In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. This portal only accepts requests from Groveport Employees.

About the City of Groveport's IT Department

The Information Technology (IT) Department was created in 2022 and manages and maintains the City of Groveport’s Computer & Network Infrastructure and provides Information Technology services in-house across 8 sites for approximately 150 employees.

IT provides end-user technical support, maintains existing technology and implements newer technology solutions that align with each department’s goals.
